Unfortunately, the Court of Appeal has rejected the arguments put forward by Abbotskerswell Parish Council, and ruled that the huge development of 1,200 houses at Wolborough Barton, Abbotskerswell, will go ahead. This large scheme on green fields has been opposed by the local community for many years and we’d like to thank the parish council and all those involved who have worked so hard to try to protect the land from development. We are all so disappointed at the outcome.
