Congratulations to our members, Appledore Residents Association, winning the battle to stop the proposal for 39 new homes at Bloody Corner, Northam. We were very pleased that Torridge District Council Planning Committee had listened and understood the concerns and arguments put forward by all the objectors, including ourselves, and voted to refuse the application. There had been 77 letters of objection to the application and no letters of support.
