CPRE south East has issued a useful summary. It is now up to every local community to get its act together. “Neighbourhood Plans” will be what we and communities across Devon make of them. It is essential that communities, large and small, grasp the nettle quickly and do not wait to be spoon-fed, guided and controlled by the local Authority.
