160 dwellings – Lagoon View, Yelland, Barnstaple

We’ve submitted a comprehensive objection to this planning application (North Devon District Council 82214). The proposal would introduce a substantial residential development of 160 dwellings into land outside the settlement boundary and within a sensitive coastal and estuarine setting. Like the local community, we are extremely concerned about the loss of existing Amenity/Public Open Space.
