80 MW BESS, Land at Newlands Farm, Axminster -Appeal lodged

Construction and operation of up to a 80MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). An appeal has now been lodged, and an Inquiry will be held. The Inquiry is currently scheduled to commence on 12 May 2026 and is expected to be take place over 4 days. Comments can be made online a acp.planninginspectorate.gov.uk. Quoting appeal reference: 6003095
The deadline is 25 February.
