Devon CPRE Members’ Planning Surgery – 20th October 2020

Have you got a planning question you’d like to ask, or planning topic you would like help with? Please join us virtually via Zoom for the second in our series of planning surgeries, on Tuesday 20th October 10.30am-12noon where our Planning Consultant, Jo Widdecombe, will be there to help.

Our first planning surgery was held on 29th September and focussed on Torridge & North Devon – a wide range of topics were discussed and our members feedback was that ‘it was brilliant’ and ‘amazingly helpful’!

The 20th October surgery will be open to all members from any part of the county. So if you would like to attend, and/or have a question, please email to Penny on info@cpredevon.org.uk The Zoom link to the meeting will then be emailed to you.

9 dwellings, Westleigh, North Devon – Appeal lodged

Folowing the refusal by North Devon District Council (ref 80423), an appeal has now been lodged. Appeal ref 6003960. The deadline for comments to be received by the Planning Inspectorate is 4th March. Comments can be made online at acp.planninginspectorate.gov.uk. We had objected to the application, supporting our members of the local community who oppose the scheme.
