What really are Devon’s New Housing Needs? 18th September 2019. Crediton

We were delighted to have been asked by Crediton Town Council to present our independent report which uncovers the truth about Devon’s housing need. We very much enjoyed the meeting at The Boniface Centre and there were lots of interesting points raised and questions asked, with great concern about the number of new homes planned in and around Mid Devon.

We have recently commissioned a new report looking at national housing figures, which will be available shortly.

More houses for Halwill Junction, Torridge?

Despite a previous appeal for a new housing development in Holly Lane being dismissed, a new application has been submitted to Torridge District Council for 20 dwellings (ref 1/0020/2026/FULM).
